Al Mehanya for Real Estate Investments and Housing has reported JOD 131.08 thousand earnings for Q1-14, soaring 122.5% compared with JOD 59 thousand in the year-earlier period.

Revenue from selling land plots and properties reached nearly JOD 243.5 thousand, compared with JOD 198.5 thousand a year earlier.

The cost of revenue increased from JOD 119 thousand to JOD 220.6 thousand. Accordingly, the gross profit dropped 71%.
